Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used food products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Return Eligibility & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items only.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. This does not affect your right to return unopened items under our standard return policy.

Email us at info@kayf-ko.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund.

Return Shipping

For approved returns of unopened products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In rare cases where a return is authorized, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued for eligible cases. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
